Reservations Policies

Rates are higher during Holiday Weekends.
Check-in 3 P.M. – Check-out 11 A.M.

Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations of 4 nights or more. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have secured your reservation with either a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit (depending on length of stay), you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation we will gladly refund your deposit with advance cancellation notice.

  • Reservations of 3 days or less must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • Reservations of 4 days or more must be cancelled 28 days prior to arrival date.
  • In the event that you must make a last minute cancellation after cancellation period, we will try to re-rent the room to another guest.
  • You are responsible for any balance due of your reservation if we are not able to re-rent the room for the entire time and/or full amount of stay due to a short cancellation notice. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions in the event of illness, emergency, inclement weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.

Cancellation Fee:
All cancellations are subject to a $20 bookkeeping fee.

Method of Payment:
Mastercard/Visa, Discover, Amex, Cash or Travelers Check.

Advance Deposit Payment:
Same as above or Personal Check.
